Need to Cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge 50% of the service. If you cancel less than 4 hours to go, you will be charged for the full service.
Late Arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
